The Goal
Our client was organising an annual strategy meeting. The participants had to come from various locations in Germany and Europe. In order to reduce the effort and expense, the client wished to carry out their tried and tested meeting concept digitally.
Our Solution
We designed an inspiring meeting environment on the ZEP platform, where the participants could move around freely. The agenda mostly consisted of workshops and discussions in various group constellations. Thanks to the freedom of movement, the regrouping of participants was achieved playfully and smoothly.
